Yeah, it's not confirmed he actually pulled a Sweeney Todd, but there's a possibility. People who were in the area at the time don't even like think about it. The good news is that human meat isn't very visually like pork, and just feeding bodies to the pigs would have been easier.

    Oh yah, it totally isn’t proven, but from all I’ve researched I think it’s pretty likely. I also don’t like to think about that… He definitely fed a bunch of poor girls to pigs, for sure. I read and listen to a lot of true crime and his was one of the most disgusting cases I’ve looked into. I can’t imagine the smell of the place.
