I have built a webtool to help DMs run their games. I tried to include all the main things I wanted as a DM except VTTs, so it has:
- A campaign wiki (import ongoing campaigns, streamlined update post session, non VTT map, npcs, characters, locations, homebrew creatures...)
- Prep session page where you can create and organize your scenes. You can then either print the script on paper with scenes or run then in the next section.
- Run session. Have ready access to your scenes, notes, soundtracks, rules, party and creatures stats plus some other things to help during encounters.
- Debrief. Post session record a few minutes of audio with what happened and yarnfold helps you organize your codex/wiki with a few clicks. (This is the big AI feature that saves a lot of the time required to maintain a nice, updated wiki)
I have just launched the website and it's working well for me with my table but I would really appreciate some honest feedback.
Running it for the first time takes some time but it's worth it with the time it will save you later with clerical Dming stuff. To help you get started I have posted tutorials on everything in my youtube channel.
To anyone willing to try it out there is a 30 day free trial that gives access to absolutely all features!
