Saw this in the cinema last night and good lord it is spectacular. I can't wrap my head around how it even got made, the scale of it is like nothing I've ever seen in stop motion. I'll be buying this as soon as its available.

That's okay, my Sony Netflix and Blu-ray player still works and hasn't played a game in a year so if they don't want any more of my money I won't give it to them
Probably a great time to pull the trigger on a region free player from 220-Electronics.
Looks like Sony is ceding the market to the new brands.
The median isn't dying Sony.
This is great news
Physical media is good.
Not sure what's more terrifying, Human Hibachi 3 or live action Moana
Box art: 14 year old Me in my bedrooom
He's a super mainstream director with huge budgets. It's superhero fans who made him famous, movie nerds like him up to Memento (his first movie with a real budget) - Insomnia is not bad but a real movie nerd watched the original and knows Nolan butchered it by inserting American moralism (making main character tragic and sympathetic because American audiences are driven by emotion and must empathize with the main character).
His big movies are only "brainy" if you compare them to Marvel and Fast and Furious movies.
It's movie nerds who like him. I enjoy a movie with dialogue I can hear, characters who are memorable, and more substance than style.
Never has there been a more overrated director.
I really don't understand why it seems to be his personal mission to make dialog completely unintelligible in movies.
I just hope he doesn't "remaster" the audio into wet gravel like his newer films
his best movie by so far
Oh man I need to grab a copy of I Love Boosters. Such a good movie
I didn't like avatar, except that it looked and i think still does look really good. I thought the second one was better, kinda. So i watch the third one and had to turn it off after like 20 min. I found it unwatchable, it was the equivalent of the star wars prequels and i could feel a greenscreen oozing through, which doesn't even make sense.
Brand fans and naked blue sticks lovers.
Who is even watching Avatar, never mind buying it?
It’s better than most of them, so yes.
I don't watch superhero movies. Is this one as awful as it looks?
Last year I bought a Panasonic UB820K since I believe they're one of the only ones still making blu ray players
Thank you for the correction, I completely forgot that it didn't play UHD, just output 4K video. Edited my comment.
