FOSS?
The key details that sets my approach apart is the zero-setup approach. There no need to install or register when there are no databases.
There would be much to consider when introducing collaborative editing, but that's also on the roadmap. Many useful features seen in cryptpad are missing in my approach at the moment. The features on my project are not as mature as what you see in cryptpad, but it's something I'm working towards.
How does this compare to https://cryptpad.fr/ ?
Microsoft is killing its useful products to push you onto Open Source products.
Those who just can't get off of its brand are getting alternative cloud products as for consolation.
Way ahead of you
LibreOffice
I switched to Libre Office years ago.
Switch to a non-enshittified alternative, if you can:
I haven't used an MS media player in probably 20 years.
Media Player Classic, VLC, etc, have been far better for a long time.
This is why I went back to totp rather than notifications. Drove me nuts about a year or two ago. Support couldn't do anything then either.

This was my first thought, but it still happened after changing passwords.
Nah they just hit forgot password and you still get a prompt
No, there are ways to get to the authenticator notification. It is in the forgot password flow.
Change your password, someone has it. If you didn't have authenticator setup they would be in already.
Does this not mean that they have your password?
I didn't think it was possible to log in with the authenticator as single factor
How's that "30% AI-generated code" working out for you, Microslop?
Cheap labor newbies vibe-coding with Copilot - WCGW?
MS cares little for the consumer base. All the money is in corporate.
When I was a Sysadmin, I spent a lot of time unfucking people's Onedrives and that windows file backup bs. Basically any pc without managed policies with do this to their boomer or older operator.
According to Pargin, turning off the feature can result in local files being deleted, leaving behind only a desktop icon labeled "Where are my files?"
OneDrive = ransomware confirmed!
