Thank you!
Yes it is the same flat silky cord material.
It wasn't too bad working with it, but it was very 'grippy'. I like that the hat can go basically flat and still retains its shape after you unfold it.

Your hat is so beautiful! Did you used the same kind of flat silky cord?
Thank you!

Wow, this is gorgeous! It looks so cozy & perfect! Thanks for sharing! :)
Stunning! Such a huge amount of work and what a payoff! 🤩
Thank you, and yes I did! It’s the Sacred Space pattern by Helen Shrimpton (and it’s free!)

I guess i meant purple cabbage
Wow! That is beautiful!
I love all the intricate flourishes!
I might be a little bit tired from taking some girls Trick-or-treating, but I saw a red onion. I think I can see the cabbage though. Either way, it's a very beautiful piece of work!
Beautiful, it goves me red cabbage vibes!
I love this! Did you follow a pattern?
cotton is heat resistant, just not flame resistant. It washes better than wool and doesn't felt as easily.
It still came out pretty thick.
The cotton is easier to toss in the washer.
I want to try this. I’m surprised that they recommended cotton over wool because I would think that wool would be better for heat protection.
Do you get less heat protection from choose HDC ?
Thank you so much <3
It's a damn shame you won't be at the market, because I'm sure someone would have scooped this little cutie up quickly. Nicely done!
So appealing…
I'm a knitter not a crocheter, but I do love a waffle weave. Also nice for hats.
