So the Beeb decided to just carry on with The Infinite Monkey Cage after both Robin Ince and Brian Cox left? π€¦

She should interview Al Leong for this.
Ohmygodohmygodohmygod! FINALLY!
I have mixed feelings about this - I really liked it, so would like to see more, but also it sort of wrapped up and finished quite neatly, and I'm not sure where they'd go with it for a 2nd series - though I guess ultimately I trust McKenzie Crook knows what he's doing.
You'll eat the nostalgia slop and you'll like it
Not sure how this will work with the main characters in there mid 30s. The whole point of the inbetweeners is that itβs a βcoming of ageβ comedy.
I sure hope Will's mom is in it. or was that another show?
I guess? But like, which humans?
The Netflix execs!
Honestly like, who asked for this?
I'm sure the latest run only had two episodes (and then two old repeats) before it stopped!
Same here!
In my circles it's called Catsdown
I mean this with sincerity and no disrespect: I just love how the British shorten their TV shows. I get a laugh every time I hear someone say "they were on Strictly"
I was trying to think of any funny abbreviations we use here in shitland but none came to mind. I'm guessing it's the prevalence of long titles over there
[Edit] SNL, Conan, Colbert, etc. shows like that are the only abbreviations I can think of
Everyone just calls that "Cats Does Countdown" anyway, so the number is irrelevant.
Or maybe they should cancel all these festivals so we can get more than 4-5 episodes a years.
Maybe they should cancel that show too. It would give the host more time to participate in various comedy festivals around the world.
Apparently they want them to rename a show that finished five years ago.
Cats Countdown is still going.
Hell yeah! Love that guy!
Ouch
Never found him remotely funny.
The headline phrasing couldn't be better
Having lived in Norfolk through the late 1980s and 1990s, I can confirm it was already on the old paper maps.
"What do you think about the pedestrianisation of Norwich city centr e?"
