I've been using tiling window managers for 15+ years (Mostly awesomewm but also ion/i3). I tried using the tiling extension for GNOME and it was pretty awful. Maybe it has improved since then but last time I checked GNOME still couldn't handle multiple workspaces on multiple monitors the way I want so that's a nonstarter for me. I'm currently using Hyprland on Fedora because i3 and sway couldn't easily replicate some functionality I had in AwesomeWM when I migrated to wayland.

I used screwdrivers, hot glue and soldering to assemble them. They just look like mid-tier Creative Labs headphones with Turtle Beach cushions.
My current headphones are a Frankenstein mix of drivers from a pair that sounded nice but were uncomfortable, a headband and housing from a different pair that fits my weirdly shaped head, cushions from a third pair because they were the perfect size for my ears and soo comfortable and a cable from a fourth pair because it was the perfect length, thickness and has a good plug. They're my favorite headphones now.
