You need a minimum of 16gb of vram in order to do anything that requires tool calls and even then it is slow. Running llms locally is a fun challenge and it's impressive what can be done on consumer hardware but it isn't cheap or simple
Usually anything that requires hours of grinding to win. Specifically completive play in Pokemon requiring hours of breeding to get perfect IVs and palworld bosses that require multiple perfect pals in order have enough dps to compete in the time limit
Couple caveats about buying a house
- Make sure you have some money saved to deal with surprise expenses before you buy so you can handle things like appliances dying randomly.
- Don't buy a house unless you plan on keeping it for at least 7 years. Selling a house is pain since you have to act like you don't live in your home and usually real estate commissions and closing costs Eat up all the appreciation if you sell too soon
