From the studies I've seen and discussions I've followed, there's three scenarios that will make the planet uninhabitable:

• the oceans heat up to the point where they stop producing oxygen,
• we run out of drinkable water, or
• we kill off pollinators and run out of food.

Those are all entirely possible and will make the planet uninhabitable for humans.

I was subscribed to Medium with my work account. I was already contemplating if it's worth the price due to the ungodly amount of articles about how to use AI, which AI tools etc. Today I got an email from them. The content was basically, you don't really hate AI articles, you just want "trustworthy" articles, and those can be done with AI too. Guess who unsubscribed.

My mom died 5 years ago. We used to hang out every day, she was the best person I've ever known. I think people mourn in different ways. Some prefer not to think about it. For me, I wanted to remember her more and talk about her, look at photos etc. A quote that stuck with me from that time is something like this: When a loved person dies, they leave a huge hole behind. The hole never gets smaller, but you grow around it. Turned out to be true.
