There is one item I'm struggling with when it comes to using 'ai' (is this a synonym for 'llm' or 'generative ai' these days?). You mentioned you used ai to 'form an opinion'. For myself this is a 'red flag' because in my opinion, if you can't formulate your opinion you don't have a opinion at all. But I am very hard on this topic and I personally consider this point open for debate (it is philosophical anyway). What I did like is the fact that you mentioned you used a program in the subcategory 'ai' to form a opinion. I still believe a human should be able to formulate his opinions by himself, but if you mention you used a tool to help yourself you are showing a 'fair-play' attitude. And I am aware that some people have opinions but have more problems expressing those opinions than others, so with the help of (software) tools there might be a possible win for everyone. Thanks again for a great video!
Thanks again for a thorough video. And an awesome sponsor too!
Everything will be fine in the future. Windows will be rewritten in llm-generated rust :-p
Perhaps these overheated technical discussions are just a tradition somewhat sparked by Mr Torvalds. I remember he didn't like gnome, for example. He expressed that to the internet decades ago in his well-known friendly style by writing about 'interface nazis'. I never knew there was such a thing :-D
Another in-depth review. Thank you!
There is a proof-of-concept to showcase sovereign technology in large organizations -> https://eu-os.eu/. It is still a work in progress but interesting for people working in it-departments in the public sector
