One that I haven't seen mentioned yet is the finale of AnoHana. The writers did a great job pulling the 10-years-before and current day storylines together, and then the little hide-and-seek game capping off the story just absolutely destroyed me.
I felt most of the show was quite tonally inconsistent and a little too rushed, but the latter half of the final episode absolutely ruined me.
Only the first season of Clannad? I know theres some great parts of S1, but
After Story spoiler

Not the OP and I can only speak for myself, but my daily driver is a rig I built 9 years ago with a motherboard that released 10 years ago without a TPM and it's running just fine. Processors have advanced so little in the past decade that my top-of-the-line 8c16t 6th gen i7 just powers through whatever I give it without worries. Upgrading the motherboard to a comparable one now means a new CPU and new RAM, and thats just not viable in the current climate. Once things do settle down and I build a new one, I'll be moving over to linux anyway, W11 is an active security hazard that I'd rather not deal with, moreso than trying to run W10 after updates ended IMO.
If it wasn't for this article, I wouldn't have known there was three victims that day. I can see why the media kept quiet on it though, it would break the narrative that the attack was purely antisemitic, rather than admit that the NHS is at breaking-point and can't deal with people like the attacker.
Socialist AF. The world could do with a few more Crushers.
Just would be nice if the most powerful person in the country could actually set out some sort of plan of action for once, rather than just wait around for someone else to do it.
Starmer isn't able to make a decision and wants to sit on the fence again? This isn't even news anymore, it's a baseline expectation.
That will happen either way, but if that's what it takes to stop Trump getting what he wants AND stop the rest of the world becoming the new Syria / Iraq then yes, the manchild needs to be placated with whatever words might work.
Trump is a cunt for publicly airing messages sent to him in confidence. Everyone knows about his ego and what he thinks of brown people. Attempting to placate him in private to stop the first act of World War 3 is a reasonable action, and I refuse to dogpile on any world leader for trying their best to deal with that toddler.
Because no system is perfectly secure. It only takes one foolish mistake by someone with global access to the data, and it's leaked forever, and they have forever to keep trying.
If we had capable leadership, I'd absolutely agree with you. Evidence is telling me that's just not happening, and not going to happen any time soon, though. Instead, it's far more likely any data they do get will be "anonymised", bundled up and sold off to a company the person making the decision has a large stake in, if not by this government than by the next.
No idea why would would be downvoted without a comment, though. It might be wishful thinking, but your commentary is legitimate.
