They aren't the biggest problems though... just a minor nuisance that I've heard is hugely annoying to fix. Lots of more important things to fight about that are easier to accomplish.

I'd rather they introduce more protections for the immigrants that choose to come here. I have heard tales of shady lawyers overcharging for form filling, or employers using the fear of not meeting work requirements to extract free overtime, or can keep wages low. Immigrants already pay a heavy price to come here.
