Remember, Republicans are okay with everything this administrations is doing. Trump only holds a job, they could fire him or *rein him in at any time.

I went to a FIFA club World Cup match at MetLife Stadium in NJ this week and saw our brave gestapo at work patrolling the stadium. My immigrant friend brought all his papers and was worried to even change seats in an empty stadium for fear that was enough to deport him.
It's a strange day when I'm cheering for the DODGERS!!!
The Mets would let them in... on accident.
Thought they liked Trump and his people?

No Donnie, you're not that kind of Dodger! You're a draft dodger!
Yeah, if they hadn't had an angry crowd of protesters show up this morning I bet they would've kept on enabliing DHS, so thank you protesters!
Now I’m kinda a dodgers fan
According to one recent poll, 49% of voters — including a quarter of those who voted for Kamala Harris in the 2024 election — approve of Trump’s approach to immigration, while just 33% disapprove.
We really are the most awful people.
Who are they polling? Because the poll they are linking is coming from twitter, and we know what that means.
Trump voter responding to poll: "yea i voted for harris, and i approve of this approach"
Yeah, I'm just gonna leave this criticism from twitter of the source linked in the OP article, since apparently now twitter posts are credible sources in of themselves...?
The Comment In Question

Trump card: There was even greater Democratic (and independent) support for Trump’s approach to immigration, suggesting opposition attacks on his controversial deportations are not widely resonating. In total, 49 percent of voters approved of the administration’s handling of immigration, vs. 33 percent who disapproved. Strikingly, a quarter of all Kamala Harris 2024 voters approved of the president’s immigration policy. That’s quite a number.
(Another caveat: This poll was in the field for almost three weeks, but ended just before the anti-ICE protests in Los Angeles that provoked Trump to send in the National Guard. It’s untested how those events affected voters’ views.)

I don't trust those numbers, personally. I'm sure there are other sources out there that can find an almost opposite conclusion.
That's not what no kings protest showed.
Edit: the source is Twitter post
Edit 2: so after searching the text I found article on Politico mentioning it (they mention Stack Data Strategy, but no link to the pool) also the screenshot conveniently omits the next paragraph

You cannot trust any of this info any longer. I barely did in the first place, but they are just making shit up left right and center. Or is it hook, line and sinker?
