They aren't wrong, the first season isnt that good.

Watching a whole season of a show you don't like is amazing. I'll do a few episodes if I like the premise because pilots can be rough, but a whole season? Damn.

I stopped during the first season. It was just too cringe. Years later I tried again and got past it and got a few more enjoyable seasons in.

I am willing to give a piece of entertainment one episode, maybe two and at the most three to engage my attention. If it fails, I will drop it. Office managed to make me drop it in three.

Oh shut up already. The first season is incredibly good. I understand why people don't like it. Everything is way more awkward, but no other show hits like that. I'm guessing you would complain about the UK office too. Let people figure out what they enjoy
