CAPTCHA that asks users to "pick the animals that move like the example" (A sea turtle on a beach). None of the animals (birds, bears, orcas, a dog, and what appears to be a capybara but I'm no expert) match.

    Orcas?

    They also swim underwater

True! But the turtle isn't depicted as being underwater, now is it? And if the Orcas are on the beach, that's a problem, too!

If your CAPTCHA starts a debate on ecological perspectives, perhaps it's efficient at stopping bots, but not necessarily user friendly.

It's a picture. Picture doesn't move. None of them do. Click them all.

None of them. Mammals have vertically flexing spines and hips while reptiles and other vertebrates have horizontal flexing spines and hips. The birds are closer to mammals in that regard even before counting the fused shells of the turtle.

I know that is a turtle that swins in water. However, i would rule iutaby animal that flues or swim.
