SUMO: Spirit Weighs Nothing grants rare inside access to Japan’s notoriously private world of sumo. Over a turbulent year of sacrifice and survival, wrestlers at different stages of their career fight to endure within one of Japan’s most punishing traditions. Behind the curtain, true strength is measured — not in flesh, but in refining the spirit.

YouTube is full of "behind the scenes" content about sumo. You only have to look. It's not like it's some kind of big secret.

Yeah! midnightsumo, one of the biggest sumo streamers on twitch, replays a lot of those. Sumotori making chanko, relaxing after training, going out to buy clothes, doing off-tourney tours, etc.

btw, what's your favorite behind-the-scenes youtube post? feel free to post it, I'm genuinely interested.
