But to be honest - what prompted me to make this meme was actually a sponsored segment for generative AI service in a otherwise non-AI video.

I've ran into it a few times, I can't recall a specific example though because like Mr. Tentacles in the op I tend to close it right away

I'm not as anti-AI as some folks on here tho, especially since LM-Studio is a thing with assortment of models to run locally. Probably would have few psychotic breaks by now from loads of paperwork I have all the time if not for these models.

But I draw the line at creative work. If half of the workflow is vibe-something - then it loses the creative part. Not to mention that with 3D modelling specifically (what interests me personally) it's just an illusion of going faster - one will just waste a lot of time fixing and remeshing mess that AI gave out.

#2 is super relevant to me. I hate having the ambiguity over whether I'm talking to the person or their robot butler.
