It‘s not great and it’s difficult, I get you. You’re not alone and many people struggle with it. But even when it’s hard to see, there is still hope and there are still moments and people worth holding onto.

    See that's the thing... I am alone in my struggle. I cannot ask for help. I cannot even cry for help. I don't have anyone who can lend me a shoulder to cry. I have not felt kindness for so long. I am basically someone who is rejected over and over again...

    I’m really sorry you’ve been feeling so alone and rejected. That sounds incredibly painful, and I can’t pretend to know exactly what you’re going through, but I do care about you being safe. The crisis lines I shared can connect you with people who are trained to listen and help in moments like this, and you deserve that support.
