Oh no, we can't have the kids learning words with consistent and predictable pronunciation, that will set back their ability to decipher the cluster fuck that is modern English!

    There have been countless studies done on children who grow up in households where multiple languages are spoken and they all show huge benefits of learning multiple languages early.
