they can cast mana tithe but they didn't draw it. It would be effective against black since they mana screw, but it looks like white is manaflooded.

Although if (for some stupid reason) black actually plays the draw 4 on white, they might draw their mana tithe.

It's not now though it's white, which can be used for healing I think.

3 mana versus six bullets, and that's not even counting the extra rooks!
