I will have you know as aitilian pizzeria chef from a fancy Italian restaurant that used to make a couple hundred pies a day by hand from scratch... We're not all charictures. Prosciutto, pineapple and olives are where it's at. The trick to good pineapple pizza is to not cook the pineapple. It goes on after the pie comes out. Then you have cold juicy pineapple dripping all over the salty olives and ham. 🍕

You can also put it on pre-cook, but if you do, it works best to put it under the cheese instead of on top. Then it gets warm but retains enough juice.

And more importantly, it's wasted with the sweet ham, better with salty pepperoni (or since you already have the salty olives, savory chicken) and jalapenos!

Wanna hear a "real" pizza crime from a (former) fellow professional? Basil pesto base, chicken, tomato, sliced strawberries, and a honey drizzle. Don't knock it until you try it (strawberries optional, but exceptional. And red onion optional as well).

Yes true so that'd work better than the sweet ham too for sure, my brain was going off the last line:

dripping all over the salty olives and ham

And forgetting you said prosciutto earlier, and correlating "ham" with the typical sweet ham people use lol, my bad.
