Michigan Democrat Abdul El-Sayed’s former opponent in the U.S. Senate primary, Haley Stevens, stunned party officials Sunday by endorsing Republican Mike Rogers after Democratic tensions boiled over days before the election that could determine the balance of power on Capitol Hill.

Stevens endorsed Rogers after attending a Detroit church service with him. The remarkable show of support for Donald Trump’s backed candidate in the tightly contested race comes after she was uninvited to a joint event the same day with El-Sayed, who defeated the congresswoman by a slim margin in the August primary.

“Our Democratic nominee for Senate said I was no longer welcome in his campaign and that I should stay away,” Stevens said video announcing the endorsement. “And he’s right. And that’s why I am endorsing Mike Rogers for the United States Senate today.”

I will never understand how, so called, Americans will unabashedly suck up to Israel this hard.
Killing Jews is wrong.
Killing Palestinians is equally wrong.
Knowing how Israel has been mistreating Palestinians for years makes me wonder how any government would continue to support Israel with anything beyond food and medicine?

Jews have been allowed to kill Palestinians for thousands of years.

Just ask the Amalekites. Or the residents of Jericho.

    1: Not real history.

2: Judaism is the result of the Canaanite cult of El, favored among the rural hill peoples in contrast to the main Canaanite coastal trade cities of the Levantine, conquering those coastal cities after the Bronze Age collapse.

The religion should properly be called Phoenician imo, the point of calling it Canaanite is to delegitimize it and obfuscate the history.

tl;dr "Jews" and Palestinians are the same people, the returning Zionists are descendants of their diaspora.

That's a fair enough assessment, but I'd be careful at letting their mythical justifications slide unchallenged.

They can't be challenged. It's their closely held religious belief that gives them meaning and purpose: No one is allowed to question it at all.

Are they the descendents of the diaspora? The original Israelites are long extinct and gone and any surviving genetics are so watered down that it would be absurd to call themselves the same. It's just the religious tradition that survives.
