Skyblivion team says a former volunteer is threatening legal action against the fan-made Oblivion remake in a dispute over code they contributed.

What code? I thought Skyblivion was meant to be just an asset-swap of Skyrim.

Frankly, I don't understand why people put their free labor into proprietary shit like that when they could be contributing to OpenMW instead.
