From the Con's twitter announcement, Sept 23:
When Mr. Doerkson leads the Party to victory on October 24, he well remain Leader. The Board will pursue the appropriate means under the Party's Constitution and Bylaws and the Societies Act to give effect to this intention.
So I guess they're going to fudge the rules to ensure he's the premier. I guess the certainty is a good thing. Still don't know how right-ward they will go though.
