Go ahead and downvote this post all you want, im ready this time. I just want to point out that Lemmy users who downvote legitimate posts just to be incels....are fucking incels. That includes a lot of you. I'm new to the site and I have had several normal legit posts (some actually hilarious) be downvoted to hell for no reason. I just want to say i see you all. You think you are hiding in your Mom's basement but i can fucking SEE you. I see who you are in your choices and what I see is so goddam pathetic that it makes reddit users look like geniuses.

You might also want to consider that these Lemmy users aren't downvoting posts "to be incels", but because:

  • You've been rather rude in responses, using slurs and accusations.
  • You posted this in !lemmyshitpost@lemmy.world, but it isn't a shitpost.
  • You used AI to upscale an image in another thread. Those upscaled images were probably downvoted because most here, like me, dislike generative AI immensely.

    It wasn't upscale you piece of shit it was literally the exact same thing as using photoshop to enhance a photo....fuck you

    Upscaling is the term for using Photoshop to enhance a picture too. And that may also use AI: it's built into a lot of Photoshop features. There are other ways of doing it, of course, like sharpness factors and edge detection.
