The other firms being suspended from the program include Capgemini, Cognizant, HCL, Infosys, Tata, and Wipro.

To your point, I think this will have the following effects:

  • they move jobs abroad
  • they use even more AI

Effects it will definitely not have:

  • creating jobs for Americans
  • keeping American jobs in America

They really couldn't do a worse job for Americans if they tried.

    It just depends on which "Americans" for whom you're expecting them to do a good job. The effects you're predtwill probably make quarterly Lines Go Up, and therefore are good for a targeted subset of Americans.
