That’s almost double the 42 aircraft the non-partisan agency counted in a report released six months ago.

    They're still audit errors, regardless of intent.

    The auditor: I can't account for these expenditures, into the "errors" basket they go.

    Or, these are errors as in outliers rather than errors as in mistakes.
