Cuni still fired seven rounds into the vehicle. Oscar Belgal, 28, was hit in the neck. Belgal's 5-year-old son was in the back seat. Nearby, children were being released from schools at the time of the shooting. As of today, the bullet is still in Belgal's neck. Cuni has a record of violence and illegal behavior.

Makes me fucking sick. These asshole SS clowns need to start catching a few strays, then maybe they’ll stop.
