I put poly on it, then sanded it off, then procrastinated for a couple months, but today I decided it's going to be done.
So I put a quick coat of 50/50 beeswax and mineral oil and called it a day
Same, it's hard to argue against the durability of film finishes, but oil is just unrivaled in appearance in my opinion
