I didn't want to believe the rumors that they changed the worker start just for nostalgia at Blizzcon, but now they're reverting the 8 worker start. I really hope that this timing is just a coincidence and they didn't do make the changes just for nostalgia reasons.

I found a message that tracked some changes that stayed:

Changelings still have contagious death
SCVs stay neaural'd during construction
Hopped creep tumors update their selection
Archon morph sound (but quieter)
