Heck, I bought Horizon: Zero Dawn for PS4, and then bought it again on Steam where I actually beat it. They got more money out of me because they released it for PC.

Of course, then I skipped the console release of Forbidden West and just bought it on Steam when it showed up a year later...

That said, I'm probably not buying a PS5, even if Astro Bot does look ridiculously fun. I'm also side-eyeing the Switch 2, although Metroid: Ravenous might get me.
