This at least sounds more ethical than the already saturated market of billionaire backed music tours. A lot of places need a permit of some sort though. It doesn't seem like a reliable source of income either, especially when already famous performers have tried and people just looked away as they passed yet people would pay insane ticket prices to see them on stage.
