Maybe I try to host bad software, maybe I am just bad at computing but at this point I feel like I'm getting too old to constantly debug various issues. I just want certain things to work and I'm willing to pay the price for it 😮💨
I trust my VPS provider more than a VPN. And I want a VPN primarily for privacy, not massive p2p bandwidth or the ability to circumvent geographical restrictions.
Also my seedbox can run 24/7 with the bandwidth capped and it doesn’t have any effect on my life.
If my home internet is uploading at full speed, streaming services start to stutter and that’s annoying.
