I'm doing the same 90 seconds of work over and over, like an express Groundhog Day. I am cheerful towards callers until mid-morning, lose all ability for a positive customer service approach by lunch, expect to lose basic maths skills by mid afternoon and will have lost all but the most basic levels of speech by the end of the day.
