He’s still taken seriously in these organizations despite all the allegations against him. Every day this stuff gets easier. I’ve partly automated it.

You aren’t entitled to women’s bodies just because you “cast a wide net” and you do activism. Women are valid for calling this act sexist, childish, objectifying behavior.

He should specifically be held accountable for being a pig, just as you are being for defending him. Seriously what is wrong with you guys? Too much Chapo?

Asking isn't entitlement. Demanding might be, but asking absolutely never is.

But you aren't entitled to a sexless, sterile, boring world just because you've rotted your brain away with TikTok level gen Z pseudofeminism. Most adults enjoy sex, and will even talk about it occasionally. That's not predator behavior, even if it's a straight dude doing it. Fuck all the way off with your bullshit puritanism.

I know you're at the very least on the side of the people who want a sexless future because you think I'm a pig for saying there's nothing wrong with asking for casual/meaningless sexual activity as long as you take no for an answer and don't bother someone who's made it clear they aren't interested.

And that's all I need to know to know you're 100% wrong about this subject. Tbh, you're pretty fucking based on everything else I've ever seen you engage with on Lemmy, but you're not even in the same ballpark as right on this. Saying that any public expression of horniness by a straight dude is inherently entitled and predatory (and that's what you're doing here, whether you want to accept it or not) is reactionary AF. You're defending bourgeois sexual mores originally created to maximize the price bronze aged goat fuckers could get for selling their preteen daughters to middle aged men. There is no version of purity culture that's compatible with a world free of domination systems.

From other comments I gather he has done things that are genuinely bad, so call him out for that. Make sure everyone contemplating sending him nudes knows who they're sending them to. But don't pretend him asking for nudes is in the same category of behavior. That's not only fucked up, it's counter-revolutionary.
