Nichols: We did some musical reunion specials in the 2200s but the guy who played Scotty had trouble yodelling.

    I believe it is canon that at least one of the Chief Engineers was Welsh. I think it was in the season of Discovery where they introduced Pike. We only ever heard her voice (briefly) over the comms. Memory is hazy over which ship she was engineer to. Had the impression it was Enterprise.
