Look again. Cox wrote the tweet and shared the image from the guy questioning the hair. Cox is woke as can be. This is another comment from him:

A few of you, I think, read this wrong and have been angrily DMing to let me know women DO have hair. I promise you, I know this. ❤️ I’m just sharing another persons hot take.

Also the tweet is from 2022 and I dearly hope he left the nazi cesspool by now.
