Oh man, you're totally right. So it's of course bloody fine to make them sex slaves in "marriage". And here I was thinking it was morally questionable. /s (just in case)

And where in "the west" does that legally happen or be accepted by the majority of people due to religion?

Why would you put words in my mouth? Why sell a child once when you can do it over and over and over again?

The point is, do you listen to anyone who doesn't have their act together? Aren't humans more likely to listen if they see someone who had the same issues found the strength to not only face them, but found ways to not only with will through to end the issues, but also heal at least some of the damage done?

To be honest,I have no clue what you want to say. I want to assume it was somehow meant nice. No offense meant.

Your initial comment just sounded like you wanted to excuse the Pakistani marital rape with western marital rape.

No I'm saying it's fine to want to help your neighbors, but ffs help your own.

In the context of this topic, you mean I shouldn't care about slavery in country X while I'm in country Y that also has slavery, but hidden and illegal?

That's a bit hard to do when you don't see it. And a lot easier if some 50+ disgusting scumbag marries a 6yr old publicly. Or being otherwise public like this precise post suggested.

That's the same like: stop worrying about the school-shooters (that also coined the term) in the USA while there once was one in the whole of Europe too.

That's not what I said. Both are problematic and we can and should care. I'm saying people don't tend to care about what someone says when they view the someone as a hypocrite.

True, although i kinda fail to see the connection to the topic? WHO sees WHOM as hypocrite?

The point being? Why should I care about an interview of some murican from decades ago?

The christian world has a main head BTW, it's called the Vatican and its pope. But why would I care if that is the case or not? It's all cancer to control the dumb and the poor people. If not globally then per country. Doesn't change a thing.

    God damn the miseducational system

Edit: If you read it and/or had reading comprehension skills, you would understand the United States saying they funded the rise of the mujahideen and OBL and didn't care about consequences like this because they thought it was worth it to punish communists, they only real threat to the dollar and power hegemony.

Oh man, this is old news, everyone knows. Even me, a non-murican.. Yet it has absolutely nothing to do with the topic. The only similarity is that those mujamorons were also muslim, like slaves and hate women. Do you even have a point somewhat adjacent to this topic? Maybe use your superior reading comprehension?

If you are so well aware, you should have understood the original comment. USA is fucked, and this is why. Zero critical thinking. Zip.

Errr...okay, maybe you're in the totally wrong thread or so, but the USA has 0 to do with this post. And because you continue your ad hominem, I'll retreat from this "discussion". Have a nice day weirdo.
