However, it's all magical thinking anyway. And if the bombs stopped one day, never to begin again, it's hard to avoid wishing for the last ones to fall on Don, Bibi, Hegseth, and all the other ghouls. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 1 child comment load more comments (1 reply) [–] PotatoPie@lemmy.zip 5 points 5 months ago (3 children) I'd always choose lasting peace and wellbeing happily, i love everyone and i want everyone to live a happy life Neighbors of Israel can't, so my case on the missiles does not change, i'm not asking for equal destruction using fragmentation shells, bio weapons or torture, i'm asking for change in population or government's stance on human life That's not going to happen as educating Israelis is terrorist activity and grounds for imprisonment, the government is never going to change their stance so long as supportive capitalists have capital in capitalism system, capitalism is never going to change with US foreign interference policy peace and wellbeing is based off of equality, maybe seeing the destruction happening locally will put the images of leveled cities they cheered for in a different light giving birth to that equality Missiles to Tel Aviv (I'm sorry but my take on this is well rooted in reality so i have to keep referencing it to make my point and i'm sorry if that's not what you wanted, i don't really see the point in sheltering israel based on theory and i just refuse even entertaining that thought so i don't offend the dead) permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 3 child comments replies: [+] imperious_melange@lemmy.zip -4 points 5 months ago* (2 children) [deleted] permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] PotatoPie@lemmy.zip 7 points 5 months ago (1 child) You wish for the 1st scenario, and i think only 2nd and 3rd are possible I actually think the first is also possible, it's why i'm asking for missiles on Tel Aviv to achieve it, it's the only way to it using thinking instead of wishing Ok now your turn to be the practical one I wish for 1st scenario, which do you think are possible? permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 1 child comment load more comments (1 reply)
