CS2 doesnt use steam workshop.

it uses paradox mods. Which means you have to make a paradox account.. Which makes me super suspicious, why spend all that time developing a mod platform, and the cost of bandwidth and server capacity to host and serve them, unless you are getting something back from forcing everyone to have accounts to log into... compared to the free convenience of just using steams workshop.
