I resigned, boss seems to be in denial thinking I'll stay for a crappy pay rise, HR isn't replying or acknowledging it.

Could be worse though.

    Anything set up or taking some down time to reset and chill for a bit?

    New job lined up Ready to go. Hours will probably be worse, on-call with suck, flexibility of hours will probably be worse.

    But I should learn a lot more and improve my skills, currently, I'm stagnant and not doing anything useful. Looking forward to a change, even if I am nervous
