Sons of US military in Germany, The Monks' anticonsumerism, anticapitalism, anticolonialism, antimilitarism/antiwar "Black Monk Time" punk polka anthem was recorded in 1965, released in 1966. Featured instrumentation includes electrified tenor banjo and Farfisa organ.
