The second one wasn't even out of the oven before my partner was slicing the first. Really happy with how these turned out.

Beautiful! What kind(s) of flour did you use?

It's a mix of about 45% extra strong white, 45% extra strong wholemeal, and 10% spelt. I love the flavour it produces.
