This was a mid-afternoon march with the Unions. It was peaceful and respectful until ICE got insecure and decided to be dicks about it. No warnings either.

Both of those explanations back my interpretation up. I know you guys all call them that, it's not accurate, just as is was not accurate for everyone to call Au Saun Su Kyi Myannamars "de facto" leader, she was the de jure leader, a leader in law not fact, not opposite that in the former.
