Hello everyone, resident peertube poster here.

With the near shutdown of PBS , what would be a good instance for old PBS shows?

I would throw it on my own but I have no where near the hard-drive space. Or are they already on archive.org somewhere?

Tbh, it's still pretty huge the funding got completely cut. And that the CPB shut down rather than leave the door open for a takeover of their legitimacy by the right-wing propaganda machine. We all need to be giving money to our local NPR and PBS stations to keep them going if possible.

I'm not yet able to give enough money to persuade mine to adopt my proposal that they never play another clip of Trump's nauseating voice, much less his speeches. I want the stories of what he's doing and saying reported, but Scott Simon or whoever quoting or summarizing would be much more tolerable.

Still, I give what I can, and I hope y'all will too

    Totally agree, we need to press legislators to refund public media as soon as possible, but at least stations are continuing with what local funding they can muster.
