Both mods are also moderators of announcements@discuss.online; they are admins, this is their instance, and they are engaging in vote tampering to boost their instance and its communities over the rest of the fediverse.
There's absolutely no punishment for having multiple accounts and not really any way to verify alt usage without admitting you use them. So if you can't beat them, join them, make a few accounts and engage in some of it yourself.
