Hell yeah I'm all for it, but are there significant stocks of old Garands laying around in other countries? I'd figure the CMP would still be the best way to get one. Unless you mean new repros, but the problem is (afaik) nobody makes them because they're difficult and expensive to manufacture to the OG specs, and idek who holds the patent.
