Sorry, it was a joke response, I thought I was on Shitty Ask Lemmy. Obviously I wash both before and after... though not because I touched my wang. (If yours isn't cleaner than your hands, you're doing something wrong.) It's because I touched other things in the bathroom and people aren't great about washing their hands.
