That's a very informative comment and I'll save it to base some research on

But more interesting is the sculpture you mentioned. I'd love to see if you wouldn't mind sharing!

Sculpture deserves its own post. Preferably a video of the creation process if you have it.

Source: am farmer and recently built a 9 foot tall wind driven kinetic sculpture of a Wendigo out of scrap rebar found about the place.

That's cool, do you have any pictures to share?

There are portable power banks (generally known as power stations) that can put out that sort of power. 2.5-3kw is expensive, but not hideously.

You get batteries and inverter all in a portable package.

I'm with @rooty@lemmy.world that sounds sick and I wanna see that

Thermite doesn't require any electricity

You can make a stuck welder with nothing but a couple pairs of vice grips thick wire (good old jumper cables), some stick electrodes and a couple car batteries in series.

I think the elecroboom guy did it on stage at a ted talk once.

You think those ice agents could climb? Especially in their tacticool cosplay gear?! The fence is also designed not to be easy to climb in case you didn't notice.
