For free and unbiased Medicare help, dial (215) 876-8603 to speak with my trusted partner, Chapter, or go to askchapter.org/civil/ Amanda Prince was caught driving on a suspended license, and so she was arrested. She was about to be processed at a local jail. It wasn’t that big of a deal - just a traffic violation. But she had no idea that the cop arresting her was corrupt, and he just planted a bag of cocaine on her. He throws the bag of drugs on the hood of his police car… and she is in utter disbelief, as she realizes that she’s being framed by a police officer. Amanda was jailed and charged with a serious felony that would send her to prison for years. But what nobody realized at the time, including her own public defender, there was actually a camera that caught this corrupt cop planting the drugs.

Governor Abigail Spanberger quietly ended a rulemaking process initiated in the waning days of former-governor Glenn Youngkin’s administration. The rule would have limited transgender students' ability to play sports and use facilities.

But Spanberger said over the weekend the rule is now dead.

Governor Abigail Spanberger told a crowd at Virginia Pridefest Saturday she was moved by the story of a transgender child and the issues their families face.

Trump announced he will rebrand the Department of Defense as the "Department of War" to underscore the offensive power of the U.S. military. But let's be clear – the Pentagon has always been about waging war.

Here's every country the DoD has invaded or bombed since 1949

A grandmother once said, "you don't sow thorns then expect wheat will grow later on..."

For the record, Black women get 64.1% of all bachelor's degrees, 71.5% of master's degrees, and 65.9% of doctoral, medical, and dental degrees awarded to Black students, i.e., they far outpace Black men within their group.

NOW I see why they went for "terrorism".

A charge of murder in the first degree is rare in New York because it requires special elements related to the crime to be charged.

Under state law, murder in the first degree only applies to a narrow list of aggravating circumstances, including when the victim is a judge, a police officer or a first responder, or when the killing involves a murder-for-hire or an intent to commit terrorism.

BUT...

“This victim was shot in the back of the head, not the front of the head, on a quiet sidewalk, early in the morning, in the dark. It doesn’t appear from a defense attorney’s perspective that this was intended to be a terroristic type of murder,” Schneider said.

“The murder happened first, the outcry was second and totally unpredictable,” Schneider said. “So, I think this might be a case of overreaching on murder one.”

What are they going to try and prove? That the social media outcome was what he wanted and predicted? Horse. Puckey. We know they'll try to use his manifesto though.
